Mon 12/26: Got 24 hour fitness 3 day pass, swam ~20 laps, then made some post workout katsudon! And boiling point! Then started a new kdrama called goblin... it's quite enjoyable so far :D

Tue 12/27: Went kunjip, walked around central park, ice skating, teaspoon, orenchi, and karaoke! Got to practice ice skating, getting better at those 3/4 turns. Have a slight cut from the skates... should have probably worn thicker socks.

Wed 12/28: Lazy day at home, watched kdrama and made katsu curry! Swam ~25 laps.

Thu 12/29: Went to Winterfest! Off. Lots of walking though (probably ~5mi?)

Fri 12/30: Went bouldering for the second time! Did a bunch of v0s and v1s, and this time the v1s were a lot easier! Tried to do some v2s but by that point my hands were too tired... need to spend less time warming up next time.

Sat 12/31: Happy New Year's Eve! Did a bunch of core at home. Cooked some yummy hong shao rou :D Also fully caught up on goblin so no more to watch :( need to wait a week now

Sun 1/1: Happy New Year! Off. Wesley came over so I finally got to rant about everything xD. Managed to cook off the rest of my food.

Mon 12/19: Did core and upper body at Linkedin with Kevin.

12/20-22: Off.

Fri 12/23: Ice skating! Got the hang of those outside / inside semicircles, starting to practice 3/4 turns.

Sat 12/24: Omg why is nothing open today. Biked to/from LI with lots of detours, ~14mi. Played a bunch of piano and memorized another page of unravel (yay almost 1/2 memorized), but my hands starting hurting... qq. Did a ton of core and upper body as well.

Sun 12/25: Merry Christmas! Watched La La Land! I think I'm obsessed... And ate at Wesley's fave spot xD. Got some groceries for the first time in forever since ranch had normal hours yay.
12/12-15: Off.

Fri 12/16: Elliptical 9min, bike 16min. Core.

Sat 12/17: Core at home.

Sun 12/18: Karaoke! And gen!

Mon-Thu: Off o_O

Fri 12/2: Went to Planet Granite for the first time! I managed to do some V1s! But then my fingers were really tired and I couldn't use them anymore. I couldn't even grip my steering wheel after so I had to drive with my palms. xD

Sat 12/3: Worked out before the holiday party for a bit, core, 5min bike, and 10min elliptical. Then danced for like 2 hours :D

Sun: Ice skating! Except I fell so my butt hurts :(

Mon  11/7: Off, omg staying up so late for AGD

Tue 11/8: Off, yayyy watching so much kdrama! AGD so good. and especially the song illa illa. Gonna listen to it at work tmw.

Wed 11/9: Played 25min soccer (boo daylight savings and meeting interfering). But at least ankle felt good the whole time!

Thu 11/10: Off, so bad at watching while people are playing board games, I'm now behind the 4 ep/day average.

Fri 11/11: Played an hour and a half of basketball! Killed it today :D. My ankle started hurting a bit though, even though I don't think I technically tweaked it at all. Gotta rest I guess. Also took a 1 day break from kdrama to watch dr strange.

Sat 11/12:  Off.

Sun 11/13: Was gonna go bike, but kicked the wall really hard while doing wall swings qq. The bottom of my foot is swollen and can't put any pressure on it... I'm afraid I might have fractured it :(.

Sat 10/30: Walked around santa monica and went to sawville for ramen with Jama, then worlds! So crazyyy and I was very happy with the outcome :). Then ate lots of kbbq after yumyum. Unfortunately no half and half :(.

Sun 10/31: Got dimsum in the morning then back to norcal. Biked 20min, pt, and core. L knee started feeling a bit funny while biking so stopped early, ran 5min.

Thu 9/28: Doctor said I had a minor back injury? Hopefully the massage helped. Biked 10min at night, had to stop because back was feeling really weird and felt like I couldn't breathe because it was really tight. Only started feeling it late at night a bit before I started biking, maybe it was just a stayed up too late kind of thing...

Fri 9/29: Ran on the treadmill 10min.

Sat 9/30: Bike finally working again! Did san tomas aquinas to 237 to guadelupe, ~30min. Then league groups woohoo! TSM and C9 both came back from being pretty far behind. CLG got upset by iwc :(.

Sun 10/1: Happy birthday Robert! Played tragedy looper, pretty interesting. Wow CLG and FW beat ROX and SKT! Crasy day. Biked to/from teaspoon/kahoo ramen, ~13.5mi, 70min

Wed 9/21: Flying to Nashville! Drove a bit around campus and ate at some random lucky bamboo chinese restaurant in the middle of nowhere.

Thu 9/22: Biked 20min, then walked around the city a bunch. Ate lunch at Hattie B's! Swam 15 laps in the pool and played 2hrs bball.

Fri 9/23: Parents' weekend begins! Lots of random talks and stuff, music lecture (Mendelssohn string quartet), cotton candy lecture. Swam 30 laps at rec center. Deep end of pool is so good I wish I had this...

Sat 9/24: Did some core in the hotel, unfortunately not much time for else. Chancellor's speech then lunch then cs major stufd then tour of new innovation building then looked at race sports exhibit then talent show.

Sun 9/24: Bought a bike for Robert! Such a sick fixie. Rode it around campus and centennial park for around 2-3 hours. Also checked out country music hall of fame and parthenon. Swam ~13 laps at the pool. Bye pool I'll miss you :(.

Wed 8/31: Soccer! For some reason groins were really tight in the beginning.
Slightly tweaked my ankle... So slightly that I could still play after. I'm so mad at myself though ugh... It doesn't hurt at all regularly or even when I do light theraband. Doesn't seem to be swollen at all either. Stretching is a bit limited though and I still need to stay off it, dunno if I should exercise tomorrow. But still Akrhglsjfhslfhs I swear I have a phobia of ankles. I saw somebody else sprain their ankle earlier and I'm pretty sure that's why it happened to me. Ahtkshflshfl I hate amkles so so much.

Sat-Sun: Jama visited! We marathoned all of coffee house! XD I'm maybe kind of obsessed with secretary lol but she's just too cute gah.

Wed 7/6: Visited Tim at FB. Biked to Wesley's house, 27mi! Foot kind of hurt after... guess my foot can't handle long rides, or I need orthotics or something.

Thu 7/7: Visited Google, did some PT at LI. Got new goggles, earplugs, orthotics, foot roller from SB.

Fri 7/8: Biked to Ellis above/below 237, passing by LI. 13mi total.

Sat 7/9: Hiked at Alum Rock.

Mon 2/1: Biked to/from work, ~12mi. Failed patch last night meant had to bike on a flat tire. Got it replaced though for free at the appointment! Will do the other bikes myself.

Tue 2/2: Off qq.

Wed 2/3: Swam 25 laps, had super hard "massage" in the morning so my shoulder was pretty uncomfortable...

Thu 2/4: Off again whyyy workkk.

Fri 2/5: Ok bike 20 minutes. That's something.

Sat 2/6: Swam 35 laps! Finally one mile! Also bike to/from and around so like 30 minutes?

Sun 2/7: Walked like 6 miles... so much

Need more vacations

Mon 1/25: Off again, need to get better at leaving work earlier.

Tue 1/26: Swam 30 laps, felt pretty easy other than the inside of my L elbow which was feeling uncomfortable...

Wed 1/27: Got acupuncture in the morning for inside of elbow. Biked 25min.

Thu 1/28: Biked 25min again.

Fri 1/29: Omg last minute ski trip! Taking off to prepare for the weekend woohoo!

Sat 1/30: Skiing at Northstar! Snowed 9in the night before so there was quite a bit of powder. There was also a ton of ice though, especially anywhere that wasn't completely fresh...

Sun 1/31: Long drive back, stopped for AYCE kbbq :D. Also attempted to patch up my bike, then rode it around for like 10min. Didn't work though...

3 day week so nice

Mon 1/18: Drove back from Mammoth... was on the road from 10:30am-10:30pm qq. Mostly because we sat down for lunch and dinner, and we made detours to Fremont, boba, and Burlingame.

Tue 1/19: Off. Started standing at my desk! Will make this regular practice, maybe like 2 hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Hopefully this will strengthen my feet.

Wed 1/20: Swam 25 laps. I think I'm getting better at swimming, or maybe it's just been long enough since I last swam that I got a lot of rest. Went much faster than before, and it felt surprisingly easy. I think I can start upping that distance.

Thu 1/21: Biked 10min.

Fri 1/22: Did like 5min of core at night, does that count? Shouldn't have stayed at work until midnight...

Sat 1/23: Swam 30 laps! Felt pretty good except my back started feeling tired during it. Finally watched Big Hero 6!

Sun 1/24: Karaoke! and off, was kind of sleepy all afternoon/evening so didn't work out when I probably should have...

Mammoth!

Mon-Fri: Lazy. Recovering from the previous week and sickness. Also packing and lots of research for Japan/Mammoth trips.

Sat 1/16: Skiing! Went slow the first few hours to help out a new snowboarder, then went on some harder stuff. Visibility was really bad higher up in the morning, but it cleared up a bit in the afternoon so we went on chair 23 a bunch after it opened up, which had quite a bit of powder since it had just been snowing :). Spent pretty much the whole day around the middle of the mountain.

Sun 1/17: Spent the first few hours on cloud 9, that side was pretty windswept but there was a part the wind swept the snow to which felt really cool since it was like a layer of snow that was kind of like floating above the ground which made it feel a bit powdery. Then went on the gondola a few times, which still had some powder in the bowls. Then went to the backside, where I found nice fresh powder in the trees. Andy and I got stuck though since the lifts closed and we got towed by snowmobiles! Went on the middle/large sized jumps a few times and just barely didn't have enough speed because it was too windy. Also didn't push myself speed/turning wise because my lower left shin was hurting a bit.

Overall, these two days of skiing felt really relaxed, especially compared to last week. Still decent exercise though, and got some powder in!

Colorado skiing!

Mon 1/4: Flew in to Denver, off.

Tue 1/5: Day one in Keystone, went pretty hard, pretty much trees and moguls the whole day in the backside. Hip flexor hurt a bit from a fall in the trees.

Wed 1/6: Day two in Breck, big mountain so mostly exploring. Didn't go super hard, but spent a decent amount of time at peaks 9 and 10. Going through the windows was super fun. Back, glutes, and left groin pretty sore, but hip flexor a lot better.

Thu 1/7: Day three in Vail, woke up really really dizzy (altitude sickness? too much hot tub/dehydration?) so only skied a half day. Spent the whole time on the backside; it was actually snowing so we managed to hit some fresh powder, especially at Mongolia.

Fri 1/8: Day four in A-basin, woke up pretty dizzy again but managed to make out to the mountain at a decent hour. Head was hurting though for a lot of it :(

Sat 1/9: Back to norcal!
