Mon 9/11: Swam 25 laps at Ryan's.

Wed 9/13: Soccer!

Fri 9/15: 5 people is not enough for basketball :(. Biked 20min.

Sat 9/16: Did some light core at home.

Sun 9/17. Biked 19min and ellipticalled 11min. Then ayce kbbq!
