Mon-Tue: Off qq.
Wed 1/25: Went climbing! Happened to meet Jerry and Anthony there :o went really easy today, mostly completed v0s and a few v1s.
Thu 1/26: Off, watched Moana at Stanford! Was gonna bike when I came back but worked instead :o canceled my pg membership :(
Fri 1/27: Back in Seattle! Din tai fung, haircut, rei, made dumplings. Did core.
Sat 1/28: Went snoeshoeing and hiking in the snow! Probably snoeshoed ~3mi and hiked another 4 with microspikes. Went to Kendall Peaks Lake trail and road going up to Franklin Falls (the road up to the trailhead was closed to cars). Then swam 15 laps at 24 hour.
Sun 1/29: More snoeshoeing! Then went climbing with Chang at SBP! They use color coded instead of v labels :o did a bunch of yellows and some greens. Biceps tendon wasn't too bad.

Mon 1/16: Drove back from tahoe.
Tue 1/17: Off.
Wed 1/18: Swam 20 laps, felt like I was going really slowly for some reason, probably tired bc sleep deprived.
Thu 1/19: Went climbing again! Did like 4 v2s and a bunch of v0s and v1s, except tendon was hurting again at the end... I think it may be a distal bicep tendon injury...
Fri 1/20: Restaurant week in SF! Qq so behind on work now.
Sat 1/21: Biked guadalupe loop, it wasn't raining but there was mud under the bridges so had to clean it after... also bicep tendon hurt from biking, wasn't expecting that :o I guess I'll do stationary instead.
Wesley's show was awesome! And sf so crowded for march!
Sun 1/22: Rewatched Lalaland teehee. I memorized city of stars and now have 4.5 pages memorized for unravel woohoo. Biked 25min at the gym.

Mon 1/11: Did core and biked 25min.
Tue 1/12: Took the belay course at PG! Now know alll the rules about top roping. Did 3 5.9s and then 3 V2s, yay so many points. Flashed them too so getting pretty confident about V2s :). Except my L bicep/medial epicondylisis (not sure what it is exactly) started hurting...
Wed 1/13: Swam 20 laps. Shuai came with mr! 24 hour fitness pool was the busiest I've ever seen it (had to cycle swim). I'll probably want to go to brokaw more in the future. Upper body was pretty tired in general, pretty worried about climbing tmw...
Thu 1/14: 15min elliptical, light core, and then 20min bike. Was gonna climb today except my right forearm and my left bicep were still hurting a bit. :(
Fri 1/15: Off, driving to Tahoe! :D So much traffic in Fremont omg.
Sat 1/16: Skiing at Heavenly! :D Warmed up by doing a double black with huge moguls xD. Went super easy until lunch with Patrick and Lisa, except for the part where we hiked super far :o. Sky express was closed so there was no crossover from california to nevada side, and I carried skis and a board so it was quite tiring.
After lunch, went by myself in search of awesome powder! On the back side of dipper there was a completely untouched section which went down to sky express, also sky express was open so got to go through that section 3 times! Super fun but also super tiring, my quads were definitely feeling it. So worth though!
Was feeling kinda dizzy after, not quite sure why so had a very relaxing evening.

Mon 1/2: Hung out with Atan/Ka/Bma/Wubing at teaspoon and mitsuwa, played piano, got that 24 hour fitness membership, swam 20 laps. L wrist was still a bit sore from climbing. I printed out all the la la land music! And decided I'm gonna memorize let it go since unravel is so difficult and I don't want to push myself too hard.
Tue 1/3: Off. First day back and already 加班... Everybody said I seemed super happy. I guess I'm happy that the break is over? :o
Wed 1/4: Swam 20 laps! Yay I'm playing piano every day I wonder how long I'll keep this up.
Thu 1/5: Climbing! Went toproping for the first time, did 5.7 and 5.8 which were pretty easy but wasn't able to finish the 5.10a since my hands were getting tired :(. Completed my first V2 today! Picked one that was more strength focused since I can't use small holds/crimps well. Then did a bunch of V1s and V0s.
Fri 1/6: Went climbing again since it was free guest night! Attempted and finished another V2 today and it went really well! Pretty happy about that. :) However my left bicep is really sore, specifically the tendon on the inside of the joint, the same one that stopped me from doing difficult bicep curls :o. I guess I'll take the weekend off from any arm related work...
Sat 1/7: Biked 25min at work and did a bunch of core. I think the incline sit ups were a bit too much for my lower back... 4x10 with 10lbs weight, my lower back was pretty sore after. At least my left bicep is back to good today.
Sun 1/8: Lower back mostly feeling better, still a bit sore though. Swam 20 laps. Upper body was generally pretty tired so mostly went pretty easy.
