Mon 2/25: 4mi around the track. Mostly felt ok I guess...
Tue 2/26: 9x400 in groups of 3. Did the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th. 85, 83, 82, 80, 78. ~4mi.
Wed 2/27: ~2.7mi around the track.
Thu 2/28: DDR machine works! Played a bit, then ~2mi.
Fri 3/1: ~1mi. IT band kinda hurting throughout the day...
PM: Strained R ankle at Ravery... darn it.
Sat 3/2: Off. Drop day so boring...
Ibuprofen-ing it up!
Sun 3/3: Off. Orchestra concert weekend!

Every day I'm struggling
Mon 2/18:
PM: 1.5mi around tech w/ Dan.
Tue 2/19: 3mi around track.
Wed 2/20: 3mi around track.
Gotta be loving the 10am-4pm sleep schedule.
Thu 2/21: To Lacy and back. 3.5mi.
Fri 2/22: 3mi around track. I'm sensing a trend here...
PM: DDR super easy.
Sat 2/23: Rossi Relays! Cheered for people and wu/cd/ran across the infield 15 times for the 3k ;P. ~4mi.
Sun 2/24: 元宵节!Had lots of 汤圆 ;P.
Total: 14mi + DDR easy.

Hesitation
Mon 2/11: Off. Ice/US/stretching.
Tue 2/12: 7 laps around the track. It was painful when I tried to keep up w/ Jared, so I had to slow down quite a bit. It starting hurting a bit when I got to 7 laps too.
Wed 2/13: 5 laps, really slow. Pretty much pain free.
Thu 2/14: Off, sets suck.
Fri 2/15: Prerace w/ Mark! 3.4mi. Not sure if it was the best idea to up mileage like that all of a sudden, but I think I survived ;P. R knee was hurting a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Sat 2/16: Immafailure. Again =/.
Total: 6.4mi.

Injury Prone
Mon 2/5: Lower Arroyo, 7.8mi, 58min. Felt really tired, probably b/c sleep deprivation and harder workouts. Outside of knee hurt after again...
Tue 2/6: Woke up w/ outside of knee pain. Trainer says it's probably IT band. Taking a few days off w/ ibuprofen, icing, and ultrasound. This means I can't race on Saturday... and I was so excited too =/.
Wed - Sun: Off. Ice/US/stretching every day. I guess my IT band's starting to feel better...
Sat: I'm a failure.
