Try

Mon 4/22: Earth day! 20min bike. Biking is getting a lot easier.

Tue 4/23: 1on, 1off by 10 on bike. 15-16 at 89-94rpm on, 8 at ~85rpm off. 30min total.

Wed 4/24: 25min bike.

Thu 4/25: 25min bike.

Fri 4/26: SCIACS! Notable performances: 4 GUYS INTO THE 1500M FINALS! Alan running 4:03 (kicking for the lead) and finally PRing after 3 years, Pien leading the 2nd heat and making finals, Ani running a solid 4:19. Stephanie PRing 2:23 in the 800. Juliette 11:50 in the Steeple, getting the school record and a point for the girls' team. BVoss making finals in both hurdles.

Sat 4:27: SCIAC FINALS! Notable performances: Stephanie PRing by 4 seconds to get 4:48.28, 0.10 sec from the school record and 3 points. Juliette 19:29 in the 5k (I swear that's a PR). Sarah being a boss (like usual) and Paige winning shot (like usual) = more pointssss. Iggy breaking 16 in the 5k yea boiiii.

Mon 4/9: 2mi around track. Upper left quad pain, probably hip flexor.

Tue 4/10: NOOOOOOO strained hip flexor =/. 20min bike.

Wed 4/11: qqqqqqqq off.

Thu 4/12: 15min bike. Yay for exercises

Fri 4/13: 20min bike.

Sat-Sun 4/14-15: Off. CodeDay and ASCIT Formal!

Why not?

Mon 4/1: 2.5mi around track. Felt really good! IT band hurt later in the evening though.
KBBQ! ;P

Tue 4/2: CRAPPPP apparently knee is more inflamed, not IT band, knee. So kindofish another injury... sigh. 20min bike.

Wed 4/3: 2.5mi around track. Didn't have much pain while running, but somehow I always have pain during the day. Hopefully that gets better. At least it was less inflamed today. Quad sore.

Thu 4/4: FIRST REAL TRACK WORKOUT IN 66 DAYS! I'M BACK IN THIS!
8x200m every 2min, with like 5min break in middle. 31, 31, 31, 32; 32, 31, 31, 32. Felt pretty easy at first, but then quads died horribly. Last few were almost all out. Probably was a bit overambitious, but survived (just barely). At least L knee/IT band wasn't hurting during the workout. Hurt in the beginning of CD b/c took a really long break. ~3mi total. So much quad death = ice baths all day!

Fri 4/5: Bike 15min. Quads/hamstrings sore.

Sat 4/6: 2:17.95 for 800m! First race this season! Sssooooo frickennnn slowwwwwww. Ran through 400 at 66, absolutely died the last 200m... couldn't pick up my legs at all. I blame sore quads. ~3.5mi.

Total: 11.5mi + 35min.
15mi equivalent.
