Mon 8/29: Biked 6min, light core, elliptical 19min.

Tue: off

Wed 8/31: Soccer! For some reason groins were really tight in the beginning.
Slightly tweaked my ankle... So slightly that I could still play after. I'm so mad at myself though ugh... It doesn't hurt at all regularly or even when I do light theraband. Doesn't seem to be swollen at all either. Stretching is a bit limited though and I still need to stay off it, dunno if I should exercise tomorrow. But still Akrhglsjfhslfhs I swear I have a phobia of ankles. I saw somebody else sprain their ankle earlier and I'm pretty sure that's why it happened to me. Ahtkshflshfl I hate amkles so so much.

Thu: off

Fri: Ran 5min and biked 5min for fun in gym with coworkers, light core.

Sat: off, so many visitors. $50 gooyi gooyi :o

Sun: Did some light core. Wedding!

Mon 8/22: Swam 40 laps at Ryan's

Tue 8/23: Biked 35min and light core.

Wed 8/24: Soccer!

Thu 8/25: Swam 30 laps at Ryan's.

Fri 8/26: Off.

Sat 8/27: Swam 15 laps and then another 15 with league 3rd place match in between.

Sun 8:28: Off.

Sat 8/20: Biked 16min, ~8mi at LinkedIn, also core and pt
Mon-Tue: skipped :(

Wed 8/10: soccer!

Thu 8/11: Went to the doctor, considering getting an inhaler for exercise induced asthma since I felt more out of breath than usual while playing yesterday and last week.

Fri 8/12: Offsite! Swam, played a bit of volleyball, and rented a kayak for an hour! Then swam 25 laps at Ryan's.

Sat-Sun: Jama visited! We marathoned all of coffee house! XD I'm maybe kind of obsessed with secretary lol but she's just too cute gah.

Mon 8/1: Swam 30 laps at Ryan's.

Tue 8/2: Off.

Wed 8/3: Swam 25 laps at Ryan's, definitely went a lot faster today :D

Thu 8/4: Soccer! Went kind of really hard.

8/5-6: Off, hip flexors sore.

Sun 8/7: Biked ~50min, 9mi. Nuuuu got a bunch of punctures, need to replace both tubes :(
