Mon 8/29: Biked 6min, light core, elliptical 19min.

Wed 8/31: Soccer! For some reason groins were really tight in the beginning.
Slightly tweaked my ankle... So slightly that I could still play after. I'm so mad at myself though ugh... It doesn't hurt at all regularly or even when I do light theraband. Doesn't seem to be swollen at all either. Stretching is a bit limited though and I still need to stay off it, dunno if I should exercise tomorrow. But still Akrhglsjfhslfhs I swear I have a phobia of ankles. I saw somebody else sprain their ankle earlier and I'm pretty sure that's why it happened to me. Ahtkshflshfl I hate amkles so so much.

Fri: Ran 5min and biked 5min for fun in gym with coworkers, light core.
Sat: off, so many visitors. $50 gooyi gooyi :o
Sun: Did some light core. Wedding!
