Mon 3/28: Swam 40 laps at Ryan's, probably ~1mi.

Tue 3/29: Woke up and back was hurting for some reason... off.

Wed 3/30: Massage appointment so groin hurting wuite a bit, off.

Thu 3/31: Groin mostly better, busy because mom visiting, off.

Fri 4/1: Off.

Sat 4/2: Walked around sf and san mateo a bunch, probably ~8mi.

Sun 4/3: Biked to/from work 11mi and ran 5min, 4min elliptical. Also lots of pt.

Mon 3/21: Off.

Tue 3/22: Elliptical 10min.

Wed 3/23: Bike 25min, treadmill 3min, elliptical 4min

Thu 3/24: Bike to swim, swim 1mi.

Fri 3/25: Bike to work, to movie, to groceries, back to work.

Sat 3/26: Hike pg&e, no parking so ~12mi.

Sun 3/27: Oww calves super sore, off.

Mon 3/14: Off, L knee started hurting for some reason.

Tue 3/15: Off

Wed 3/15: Knee feels better. Bike 19min, elliptical 6min. And did upper body.

Thu 3/17: Swam 30 laps.

Fri 3/18: Bike 11, elliptical 19min very easy. Also biked to/from ranch, 10mi, and some upper body.

Sat 3/19: Swam 30 laps, biked to/from 4mi total.

Sun 3/20: 7mi, biked San Tomas trail to 237 to Guadalupe trail.

Mon 3/7: Biked 15min.

Tue 3/8: Biked 27min and elliptical 3min.

Wed 3/9: Swam 20 laps at Jenny's apartment. Pool wasn't heated and was freezing :(.

Thu 3/10: Lazy

Fri 3/11: Biked 20min.

Sat 3/12: Biked 20min and elliptical 10. Also did a bunch of random upper body stuff..

Sun 3/13: Swam 25 laps. Finally got to use a real swimsuit!

Mon 2/29: Too many prod issues. Skipped my bike again.

Tue 3/1: Biked to/from work, 11mi. Got a flat tire again... Somehow a screw managed to lodge itself into my tire. Now I definitely need new outer tubes.

Wed 3/2: I think I biked like 15min?

Thu 3/3: Biked 30min.

Fri 3/4: Biked 21min.

Sat 3/5: Swam 30 laps at Ryan's, was short though so probably more like 24 standard laps? (2/3 mile?) Went pretty slow since it's been a while.

Sun 3/6: Went to SF during the day, off.
