Thu May 19: Pt and core.

Fri May 20: Fixed a bike for inday! Pt and core.

Sat May 21: Finally can swim again! 25 laps at Ryan's, ~2/3 mi. So out of shape, arms felt really tired in first half, but somehow started to feel better after that.

Sun May 22: Rodeo! And pt/core/ biked 15min. Let's hope the foot feels ok.
Most of May:

Mostly off, some core and pt every 2-3 days... Mostly letting wrist recover bc ow and foot not being ok after biking.
