Not even worth it

Mon 7/8: More walk/jogging to work. Biked ~30min at night to get internet and food.

Tue 7/9: Biked ~45min to/from work.

Wed 7/10: Biked ~45min to/from work and ~30min to/from groceries and internet cafe. IT band still feels uncomfortable for some reason...

Thu 7/11: Biked ~35min to/from work (got lazy and took metro part way).

Fri 7/12: Biked ~35min to/from work. Back at tech!
PM: DDR! yayyyy

Sat 7/13: Off.

Sun 7/14: So much DDR! IT band a bit uncomfortable after that... might've pushed it a bit hard.

Cross Training?

Mon 7/1: First day of work! Biked to/from work-tech and to/from apartment-work... ~90min (spread throughout day).

Tue 7/2: Biked to/from work-tech and to/from apartment-work... ~90min (spread throughout day). Omg such good KBBQ after at Bud Namu. Moved into apartment (upper body?) and actually slept there.

Wed 7/3: Didn't have my bike... walked around a lot.

Thu 7/4: Off, Aion. Level 27! No work for the holiday ;P.

Fri 7/5: Biked ~60min to/from work, fell while singing to Amy o_O. Bar hopping yay.

Sat 7/6: More KBBQ! Went to Castle this time, walked for like half an hour back to tech from metro.
No exercise weekend... so lazy.

Total: Lots of walking and biking...?
