Mon 8/1: Swam 30 laps at Ryan's.
Tue 8/2: Off.
Wed 8/3: Swam 25 laps at Ryan's, definitely went a lot faster today :D
Thu 8/4: Soccer! Went kind of really hard.
8/5-6: Off, hip flexors sore.
Sun 8/7: Biked ~50min, 9mi. Nuuuu got a bunch of punctures, need to replace both tubes :(
