Mon 2/5: Lower Arroyo, 7.8mi, 58min. Felt really tired, probably b/c sleep deprivation and harder workouts. Outside of knee hurt after again...
Tue 2/6: Woke up w/ outside of knee pain. Trainer says it's probably IT band. Taking a few days off w/ ibuprofen, icing, and ultrasound. This means I can't race on Saturday... and I was so excited too =/.
Wed - Sun: Off. Ice/US/stretching every day. I guess my IT band's starting to feel better...
Sat: I'm a failure.
