Yayy it's LA week finally! Gotta make sure I do lots of abs this week xDxD
Mon 10/25: Swam 20 laps at Ryan's.
Tue 10/26: Light core and pt.
Wed 10/27: Soccer! Then did core.
Thu 10/28: Off.
Fri 10/29: Off, LA!!
Sat 10/30: Walked around santa monica and went to sawville for ramen with Jama, then worlds! So crazyyy and I was very happy with the outcome :). Then ate lots of kbbq after yumyum. Unfortunately no half and half :(.
Sun 10/31: Got dimsum in the morning then back to norcal. Biked 20min, pt, and core. L knee started feeling a bit funny while biking so stopped early, ran 5min.
