Mon-Wed: Only did pt pretty much... only home from 2am-8am qq. But at least they're trying to give me more complicated stuff for my bicep. But they're more difficult to do at the gym...
Thu 2/16: pt like usual, plus 10min elliptical, 5min treadmill, and light core.
Fri 2/17: Off, went to fremont to eat with Jama! Traffic so bad.
Sat 2/18: Karaoke! Then wedding, danced a ton.
Sun 2/19: Did light core. Knock knock came out! :D:D so happy! Walked around shoreline park a bunch.
