Mon 2/27: Took a vo2max test on the bike, got 59 which is actually still pretty good! 15min bike, 10min elliptical, 3min run.
Tue 2/28: 5min bike, 15min elliptical, 4min run, light core.
Wed 3/1: Wow it's already March... off because my feet were hurting a bit, maybe I shouldn't try to run and elliptical on consecutive days...
Thu 3/2: Light core, 25min bike.
Fri 3/3: Off, driving to Tahoe!
Sat 3/4: Woohoo skied with Harsh all day, super fast and lots of trees.
Sun 3/5: Omg spent 13 hours driving back home... such a toll on the car. So much snow and such bad visibility.
