Mon 1/30: Flew in from seattle. Doctor's appointment for bicep tendon. Derped really hard and forgot I didn't have my car so biked to/from, ~35min, 4.5mi on li bike. Got a referral for PT, distal biceps tendonosis like expected... Also did some very light back exercises at work.
Tue 1/31: Off.
Wed 2/1: Swam 20 laps, really tried to focus on freestyle technique and felt like I was able to swim pretty well without using much arm strength. Bicep tendon didn't hurt at all except when doing butterfly.
Thu 2/2: PT appointment, mostly doing stretching and very basic theraband exercises. Gonna do them twice a day now. Biked 25min and light core.
Fri-Sun: PT is so time consuming, didn't do other stuff.
