Wed 10/22: 20min easy.
Thu 10/23: CrossFit. Adductors really hurt again...
Fri 10/24: Off.
Sat 10/25: 43min, ran around Ulstad park. ~5.3mi. Hamstrings a bit sore after.
Sun 10/26: 53 min, ran Trimble, Guadalupe river trail to airport, then back normal. ~6.5mi.
