Mon 3/4: 15min bike and ~1mi around the track. Running kind of hurts, so I won't do that again for a while. At least the ankle's not horrible.
Tue 3/5: (4 on, 1 off) x 4 with 5 min for 3rd interval. 5 min WU/CD. 30min total. Level 13 7.5 for on, level 8 6.5 for off. Felt AWESOME. ;P
Wed 3/6: 22.5min bike, 22.5min elliptical. Felt pretty good, level 10 throughout.
Thu 3/7: (8 on, 3 off) x 2. 7/6 min WU/CD. 35min total. Level 12 (bit of 13 at end) 7.5 for on, level 8 6.5 for off. Pretty easy, but knee started hurting.
Fri 3/8: Biked 5min and then IT band started hurting. Ran 1.5mi around the track w/ ankle taped.
Sat 3/9: Off. Out and about (in LA).
Sun 3/10: Off.
Total: 130min + 2.5mi.
15.5mi equivalent.
