Mon 3/18: 40min around track. 5mi. Felt pretty good... IT band started hurting a bit after ~20min.
Tue 3/19: 4x400. 80, 75, 76, 73. Yay for uneven/negative splits! IT band starting hurting on 3rd-4th one. Got a hugeee massage from Erin, so hopefully that'll make it better ;P. 2.5mi total.
Wed 3/20: Took today off since IT band hurt too much. Used rowing machine thing for 8min.
Thu 3/21: 1.25mi b/c no sleep/finals.
Fri 3/22: Off b/c no sleep/finals.
PM: DDR just a bit.
Sat 3/23: NY time!
Sun 3/24: Scrubbing mold off ceilings while bending over really hurts the IT band. Sad.
