Sun 12/15: Easy 1.8mi. Did lots of core b/c it's fun.
Mon 12/16: Easy 1.8mi. Abs are sore ;P.
Tue 12/17: Easy 1.8mi.
Wed 12/18: Yellow Lake, 3.8mi.
Thu-Fri: At Google for interviews, so decided it'd probably be a good time to let my legs rest.
My IT band isn't completely better, but I think it's just that I haven't used it in so long. I'll start doing exercises next week.
Also I haven't been sleeping/eating very regularly, so hopefully I'll feel less hurt after my schedule's back to normal.
