Mon 5/20: 30min bike. 7.79mi, not that it actually means anything. Benched for the first time in forever: 8x95, 8x105, 8x115, 6x125lbs, felt really good! Did random other upper body stuff.
Tue 5/21: San Gabriel, 4.1mi, 31min. Felt pretty fast (7:30 pace...). Apparently my IT band's just inflamed (as expected...), and if I foam roll it like 4 times a day and stretch and ice a ton, it will go away.
Wed 5/22: 45min bike. 12.00mi (totally not planned ;P). Benched 8x115, 8x115, 8x115, 6x125, was pretty easy. Rob did 10 reps instead of 8. =/
Thu 5/23: Garfield long way starting/ending at Page w/ Emil, Elliot, and Patrick, 6.2mi, 48min (7:44 pace? Didn't feel that fast). Felt really good, IT band uncomfortable at times but nothing too bad. Slight L IT band pain in the evening.

Sun 5/26: DDR in the SAC for a bit.
Huntington up Virginia, 5.4mi. Slowed down/turning around near the end b/c waiting for ppl.
Total: 15.7mi + (75min) + DDR x 1.5.
